Town of Lawrence

Progressive, energetic community just off I-41

The Town of Lawrence may be the oldest township in Brown County but our energetic community isn’t letting any grass grow under our feet (unless, of course, that’s in one of our many public parks).

The community has a big appetite for growth, balancing a rural lifestyle with the urban amenities the influx of our youngest residents demand. Most lots are a minimum of 100-feet wide lots in tight-knit neighborhoods bordered by parks and development including the Impact Sports Academy. Development like this 42,000-square-foot complex for baseball and softball players is happening alongside new housing development such as the Carpenter’s Crossing South and Lawrence Parkway estates, and will drive more retail and restaurant development as well.

Housing options run the gamut from single-family homes to some of the most prestigious apartments featuring top-shelf features and other requirements for entertaining guests. Restaurant favorites Sgambati’s Pizza, Scott’s Subs and Plank Road Pub & Grill are just a short jaunt away; journey across Highway 41 to access all the retail and restaurant options West De Pere has to offer. And if that weren’t enough, the community’s eastern border is the beautiful and picturesque Fox River to those who favor kayaking and other water-based activities.
