What You’ll Do:

Bring Ideas to Life
From concept to final design, you’ll create original, captivating visuals for everything from websites and print collateral to product packaging and trade show displays. No two days will be the same.

Collaborate Across Teams
You’ll partner with copywriters, developers, and account teams to bring diverse projects to life. You’ll also work closely with the Creative Director and fellow designers to maintain consistency and innovation across all deliverables.

Own the Process
You’ll manage the complete design process, from the initial spark of an idea to final production-ready files, ensuring everything is polished and on-point.

Stay On-Brand
You’ll maintain the highest standards in design execution while adhering to brand guidelines across various projects, whether it’s for a long-term client or a new business pitch.

Solve Problems and Adapt

You’re a strategic communicator with a talent for crafting compelling stories and building relationships that last. As a PR Content Specialist, you’ll take ownership of exciting projects, drive client success, and help elevate brands through the power of PR and content. You’ll lead the charge in executing PR strategies that amplify client voices across both B2B and B2C markets. Marketing Director

We’re looking for a Marketing Director who’s ready to take charge and play a pivotal role in our company’s growth. This isn’t just another marketing job—it’s a leadership position with a seat at the table where you’ll be part of the decision-making process, guiding the strategy, and seeing the direct results of your work. You’ll report directly to the President and frequently collaborate with sales, product development, finance, and operations to ensure marketing drives measurable success.

If you’re a seasoned marketer who excels at both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a team while actively driving meaningful results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy across all channels—including digital, brand, content, trade shows, and lead generation.
Lead and mentor a small in-house marketing team while managing external agency partners and vendors.
Oversee and drive our direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and social media strategies, increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Create compelling multimedia marketing and training materials for sales leaders that support both branding and sales communication.
Own integration strategy between electronic platforms (CRM, ERP & E-Commerce marketplace) systems, drive the implementation and manage to optimize lead generation, customer retention, automate processes and sales enablement efforts.
Stay ahead of trends—monitor market activity, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Lead product strategy to ensure relevance and timely market presence to align product development and marketing with new launches and innovations.
Lead event and trade show strategy supporting sales goals, ensuring our presence is impactful and supports our growth initiatives.
Craft clear and compelling creative briefs for internal staff and external partners to align on and deliver project goals.
Manage agency partners and outside vendors to ensure work results in a positive impact, brand schedule, and budgetary requirements.
Track key marketing metrics, analyze performance to optimize future strategies, and prioritize departmental initiatives by leveraging the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Manage the marketing budget to ensure fiscal responsibility while maximizing ROI.

What You Bring to the Table:

8+ years of marketing experience (Required), with a strong background in direct-to-consumer digital marketing and brand growth.
Education (Required): BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Leadership experience (Required)—You’ve managed teams and know how to inspire people to do their best work.
Proven ability to create and execute marketing programs that drive measurable success.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—you’re just as comfortable setting a vision as you are executing campaigns.

The Details:

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position leads the marketing department, providing direction and mentorship.
Position Type/Location/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, in a professional office setting in the I-43 business park. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime, evening, and weekend hours as required.

Travel: Approximately quarterly for market insight visits, trade shows, and industry events.
