POSITION – Supervisor – Machinist
JOB LOCATION – Green Bay, WI
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – ***DIRECT HIRE***
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full – Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 3rd shift
STARTING PAY – $72k+ annual salary, Based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1-year supervisor experience
Background Profile:
Oversee all machinist employees
Machine maintenance as needed
Train new employees
5 years CNC/Manual Boring machine experience
1 year supervisory experience
Ability to troubleshoot/repair machine problems
Set up and operate CNC machines
Prior expertise operating
Operating other fabrication/machine shop equipment
Inspect parts for accuracy
Provide guidance to the team
Distribute jobs to team
Familiar with conversational programming
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Ability to prioritize
Must be able to read blueprints
